We’re pleased to offer for a limited time this exceptional single-origin, natural process, light roast coffee from the Kayon Mountain Coffee Farm in the East Guji region of Ethiopia. The Kayon Mountain Coffee Farm is 500 hectares with about 300 hectares planted in coffee and has been owned and operated by Ismael Hassen Aredo and his family since 2012. The farm has a nursery on-site and utilizes shade (acacia and other indigenous trees) to protect the coffee as well as for creating compost to fertilize naturally. Ismael is meticulous about the harvesting and processing of the coffee, and the results are apparent in this rich and nuanced selection from the farm’s produce.
All orders for this Mississippi Mud Limited Release Coffee are signed and dated by our Master Roaster, and shipped within 48 hours of roasting to ensure maximum freshness and flavor. Available in both 10 ounce and 1 pound bags (see selection options below).
