We're excited to showcase this richly satisfying single-origin coffee from the high mountains of the Huila Pitalito region in Colombia!

OUR APPROACH

We're medium-roasting the beans to highlight the coffee's distinctive, region-specific flavor notes while imbuing it with an earthy, roasted goodness we really love (and think you will too!) This is wash process, Colombian Supremo, microlot coffee grown at a high altitude, 19,500 meters above sea level, where conditions are ripe for bean development. It's a great offering from one of the most beloved coffee-growing countries on the planet, and we're happy to get to share it with you as long as our supply holds out!
