Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between recurring and prepaid coffee subscriptions?

Our recurring coffee subscriptions deliver your favorite coffee automatically every 2 weeks, monthly, or every 6 weeks. You can skip, pause, or reschedule anytime, and enjoy 5–10% off each order. You're billed on schedule.

Our prepaid coffee subscriptions are the best value—save 15% when you prepay for 6 or 12 months. Prepaid plans deliver fresh coffee monthly and are great for gifting.

Can I change or pause my recurring subscription?

Yes! Our customer portal gives you total control. You can skip a delivery, reschedule, pause, or even swap products whenever you need.

Which coffees are available for prepaid subscriptions?

Our prepaid plans include Espresso Dark Roast, Mississippi Mud Signature Blend, and Roaster’s Choice. These are available in 10oz, 2lb, or 5lb bags.
