Discover a Bright, Vibrant Coffee Crafted High in the Colombian Andes
Limited Release: Colombia Huila is a beautifully crafted coffee grown by 20 women producers in the highlands of Pitalito, Oporapa, and Saladoblanco. These small-farm growers are part of the Terra Verde women’s program, a collaborative initiative designed to strengthen market access and create traceable community lots that showcase the best of the region.
Grown at 1700–1950 meters and composed of Caturra, Castillo, and Colombia varieties, this lot is fully washed and dried in solar dryers for exceptional clarity. Each producer follows a rigorous harvest protocol — ripe cherry selection, careful hand-sorting, extended fermentation up to 60 hours, and slow drying to 11%. The result is a cup that’s bright, sweet, and layered with the signature vibrancy Huila is known for.
